This website is published by L&W Advisory, Avenue Arnaud Fraiteur 15, 1050 Ixelles (Bruxelles), Belgique, VAT BE 1042.640.627, which is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: info@launchyourcareer.be.
Booking a free call
When you book a call, we receive your name, email address and answers (track, situation, what you are looking for, interview timing). They are sent by email to the LYC team to prepare the call. The time slot is booked on Calendly, which processes your booking under its own terms. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before any contract.
Registering for a session
When you register for an in-person session, we receive your name, email, and if you provide them, your phone number, university or employer, partner club and invoicing details. We use them to manage your registration, confirm the session and invoice you. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our accounting obligations.
Cookies and audience measurement
Necessary cookies remember your language and your cookie choices. With your consent only, Microsoft Clarity measures how pages are used, and the Calendly calendar is displayed on the booking page. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of each page.
Service providers
Our providers act on our instructions: Microsoft (email and Clarity), Calendly (call booking) and Vercel (website hosting, technical logs for security). Some of them may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Booking and registration information is kept for as long as needed to follow up your request and our relationship with you. Invoicing data is kept for the period required by accounting law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@launchyourcareer.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
Learning platform
The learning platform (student area, purchases and courses) has its own terms and privacy information, available on the platform.
